Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, buy a service, text or email us, or work with us, we may collect:

  • your name, business name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, and mailing address;
  • details about your business, such as your website, services, service area and marketing accounts;
  • the content of messages, calls and requests you send us;
  • your text messaging consent, including the date, time and form where you gave it;
  • billing details. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

To produce your report we also gather public data about your business and market, such as search volume and estimated ad spend, Google Search and Maps rankings, competitor listings and how AI assistants (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Llama and Perplexity) mention your business. Your audit details are sent to our CRM so we can deliver your results and follow up with you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites or open our emails, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar tools to do this (see section 7).

Information from public sources. We may collect publicly available business information, such as business listings, ratings and reviews, and business websites, to research businesses that may benefit from our services.

3. How we use information

  • respond to your questions and requests;

  • provide, set up, manage and improve our services;
